Short Dua for 15th Day

اللّهُمّ ارْزُقْنِي فِيهِ طَاعَةَ الخَاشِعِينَ، وَاشْرَحْ…

اللّهُمّ ارْزُقْنِي فِيهِ طَاعَةَ الخَاشِعِينَ،

وَاشْرَحْ فِيهِ صَدْرِي بِإِنَابَةِ المُخْبِتِينَ،

بِأَمَانِكَ يَا أَمَانَ الخَائِفِينَ.

Transliteration

allahumma irzuqny fihi ta'ata alkhashi'ina

washrah fihi sadry biinabati almukhbitina

bi-amanika ya amana alkha’ifina

Translation

O Allah; on this day, (please) provide me with the obedience of those who are fearful of You;

And expand on this day my chest by granting me the turning of the submissive ones;

Out of Your security; O the Grantor of security to the fearful ones.

الْحَنَّانُ أَنْتَ سَيِّدِي الْمَنَّانُ أَنْتَ مَوْلَايَ…

الْحَنَّانُ أَنْتَ سَيِّدِي

الْمَنَّانُ أَنْتَ مَوْلَايَ الْكَرِيمُ

أَنْتَ سَيِّدِي الْغَفُورُ [الْعَفُوُّ] الرَّحِيمُ

أَنْتَ مَوْلَايَ الْحَلِيمُ

أَنْتَ سَيِّدِي الْوَهَّابُ أَنْتَ مَوْلَايَ الْعَزِيزُ

أَنْتَ سَيِّدِي الْقَرِيبُ أَنْتَ مَوْلَايَ الْوَاحِدُ

أَنْتَ سَيِّدِي الْقَاهِرُ أَنْتَ مَوْلَايَ الصَّمَدُ

أَنْتَ سَيِّدِي الْعَزِيزُ أَنْتَ مَوْلَايَ الْبَارِي

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ

وَ اغْفِرْ لِي وَ ارْحَمْنِي وَ تَجَاوَزْ عَنِّي

إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْأَجَلُّ الْأَعْظَمُ

Translation

O Giver! You are my Master!

O Benign! You are my Guardian! O Benevolent!

You are my Master! O Forgiver!

You are my Guardian! O the Forebearing!

You are my Master! O Grantor! You are my Guardian! O Exalted in Might!

You are my Master! O Near! You are my Guardian! O my Master! You are the Only!

O Subduer! You are my Guardian! You are my Master! O Eternal, Absolute!

O Exalted in Might! You are my Guardian!

Please bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny

Please forgive me, have mercy on me, and overlook my wrongdoings

as You are the Great, the Grand!

Dua 2 - Day 15 (1/2)

يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَ الْإِحْسَانِ يَا…

يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَ الْإِحْسَانِ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ يَا ذَا الْجُودِ وَ الْإِفْضَالِ

يَا ذَا الطَّوْلِ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

ظَهْرَ اللَّاجِينَ وَ أَمَانَ الْخَائِفِينَ

إِنْ كُنْتَ كَتَبْتَنِي فِي أُمِّ الْكِتَابِ شَقِيّاً فَاكْتُبْنِي عِنْدَكَ سَعِيداً مُوَفَّقاً لِلْخَيْرِ وَ امْحُ اسْمَ الشَّقَاءِ عَنِّي

فَإِنَّكَ قُلْتَ فِي الْكِتَابِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ عَلَى نَبِيِّكَ صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ‌ يَمْحُوا اللَّهُ ما يَشاءُ وَ يُثْبِتُ وَ عِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتابِ‌

اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي طَيِّباً وَ اسْتَعْمِلْنِي صَالِحاً

اللَّهُمَّ امْنُنْ عَلَيَّ بِالرِّزْقِ الْوَاسِعِ‌ الْحَلَالِ الطَّيِّبِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ تَكُونُ لَكَ الْمِنَّةُ عَلَيَّ وَ تَكُونُ لِي غِنًى عَنْ خَلْقِكَ

خَالِصاً لَيْسَ لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ مِنْهُ [مِنْهُ مِنْ غَيْرِكَ‌] مِنْ غَيْرِكَ وَ اجْعَلْنَا فِيهِ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ

وَ لَا تَفْضَحْنِي‌ يَوْمَ التَّلاقِ‌

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ السَّعَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا

وَ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ السَّرَفِ فِيهَا

وَ أَسْأَلُكَ الزُّهْدَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْحِرْصِ عَلَيْهَا

Translation

“O‟ Lord of Favors and Kindness! O‟ Lord of Majesty, Bounty and Honor! O‟ Lord of Generosity and Favors!

O‟ He who is Benevolent! O‟ „There is no God but You‟!

You are Protection for those who seek protection! O‟ Shelter of the frightened ones.

If it is the case that You have recorded me as one of the wretched ones in the Mother of the Books, please now record me as one of the prosperous ones who succeed in doing good deeds, and remove my name from the list of the wretched ones.

You yourself said the following in the Book which You sent down to Your Prophet (as), „Allah doth blot out or confirm what He pleaseth: with Him is the Mother of the Book.‟11 The Holy Qur‟an: Al-Ra'ed 13:39.

O‟ God! Please bless me with pure sustenance and engage me in good deeds.

O‟ my God! Please favor me with legitimate and Pure Extensive Sustenance due to Your Mercy so as it be a favor from You to me, so as to make me needless of Your creatures.

Let it be pure with no mentioning by any of Your creatures but You. Let us be amongst those who thank You.

Please do not disgrace me on the Day of Encounter!

O‟ my God! I ask you for prosperity in the world.

I take refuge in You from wasting it!

I ask You to grant me abstinence it this world! And I take refuge in You from being greedy of it!

Dua 2 - Day 15 (2/2)

وَ أَسْأَلُكَ الْغِنَى فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ…

وَ أَسْأَلُكَ الْغِنَى فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ فِيهَا

اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ بَسَطْتَ عَلَيَّ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَزَهِّدْنِي فِيهَا

وَ إِنْ قَتَّرْتَ عَلَيَّ رِزْقِي فَلَا تُرَغِّبْنِي فِيهَا.

✦

Translation

I ask You for wealth in this world, and I take refuge in You from being poor in it.

O‟ my God! If You grant me Extensive Sustenance in this world, please make me abstain from it.

If You give me little sustenance, please make me inclined to it.”

Muhammad ibn Abi Qarrih (1/2)

يَا مَنْ أَظْهَرَ الْجَمِيلَ وَ سَتَرَ…

يَا مَنْ أَظْهَرَ الْجَمِيلَ وَ سَتَرَ الْقَبِيحَ

يَا مَنْ لَمْ يُؤَاخِذْ بِالْجَرِيرَةِ وَ لَمْ يَهْتِكِ السِّتْرَ

s! يَا عَظِيمَ الْعَفْوِ يَا حَسَنَ التَّجَاوُزِ

يَا وَاسِعَ الْمَغْفِرَةِ يَا بَاسِطَ الْيَدَيْنِ بِالرَّحْمَةِ

[وَ] يَا صَاحِبَ كُلِّ نَجْوَى وَ مُنْتَهَى كُلِّ شَكْوَى

[وَ] يَا مُقِيلَ الْعَثَرَاتِ يَا مُجِيبَ الدَّعَوَاتِ

يَا مُبْتَدِئاً بِالنِّعَمِ قَبْلَ اسْتِحْقَاقِهَا

يَا رَبَّاهْ يَا سَيِّدَاهْ يَا مَوْلَاهْ يَا غَايَةَ رَغْبَتَاهْ

أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

وَ أَنْ لَا تُشَوِّهَ خَلْقِي فِي النَّارِ

(after hajaat) اللَّهُمَّ يَا مُفَرِّجَ كُلِّ هَمٍّ وَ يَا مُنَفِّسَ كُلِّ كَرْبٍ وَ يَا صَاحِبَ كُلِّ وَحِيدٍ

وَ يَا كَاشِفَ ضُرِّ أَيُّوبَ وَ يَا سَامِعَ صَوْتِ يُونُسَ الْمَكْرُوبِ

Translation

O He who reveals the beauties, and hides the ugliness!

O He who does not take revenge for misdeeds and does not divulge secret

O the All-Mighty! O He who overlooks faults!

O Vast Forgiver! O Extender of both ands with Mercy!

O He who knows all that is whispered! O He who settles all complaints!

O He who tolerates mischief! O the Responder to supplications!

O He who gives Bounties before one deserves them

O Nourisher! O my Master! O Master! O the Ultimate of ambitions!

I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny

and not burn my face in the Fire

Then ask for the fulfillment of your needs and God willing they would be fulfilled. Then say:

O my God! O He who dispels all sorrow. O He who relieves all sorrow! O Company of all the lonely!

Muhammad ibn Abi Qarrih (2/2)

وَ فَالِقَ الْبَحْرِ لِمُوسَى وَ بَنِي…

وَ فَالِقَ الْبَحْرِ لِمُوسَى وَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَ مُنْجِيَ مُوسَى وَ مَنْ مَعَهُ أَجْمَعِينَ

أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

وَ أَنْ تُيَسِّرَ لِي فِي هَذَا الشَّهْرِ الْعَظِيمِ الَّذِي تُعْتِقُ فِيهِ الرِّقَابَ وَ تَغْفِرُ فِيهِ الذُّنُوبَ

مَا أَخَافُ عُسْرَهُ وَ تُسَهِّلَ لِي مَا أَخَافُ حُزُونَتَهُ

يَا غِيَاثِي عِنْدَ كُرْبَتِي وَ يَا صَاحِبِي عِنْدَ شِدَّتِي

يَا عِصْمَةَ الْخَائِفِ الْمُسْتَجِيرِ يَا رَازِقَ الْبَائِسِ الْفَقِيرِ

يَا مُغِيثَ الْمَقْهُورِ الضَّرِيرِ يَا مُطْلِقَ الْكَبَلِ عَنِ الْأَسِيرِ

[وَ] يَا مُخَلِّصَ الْمَسْجُونِ الْمَكْرُوبِ

أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

وَ تَجْعَلَ لِي مِنْ جَمِيعِ أُمُورِي فَرَجاً وَ مَخْرَجاً وَ يُسْراً عَاجِلًا

يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Translation

O Remover of harm from Job! O He who heard the voice of the grief-stricken Joseph!

O He who divided the sea for Moses and the Children of Israel, and saved Moses and all his nation

I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny

and make things easy for me during this great month - in which the people are freed from the Fire, and in which sins are forgiven -

(I ask You) to ease the affairs I fear to be difficult for me. Please ease for me what I fear its sorrow

O my refuge when trouble surrounds me! O my Companion in hardships!

O He who protects the fearful ones seeking protection. O Sustainer of the poverty-stricken, poor!

O Helper of the defeated needy! O He who frees enslaved captives!

O He who frees the grief-stricken prisoners!

I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny

and provide an easy way out of my affairs that is quick and simple

O the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful

اللَّهُمَّ يَا وَاهِبَ الْخَيْرَاتِ هَبْ لِي…

اللَّهُمَّ يَا وَاهِبَ الْخَيْرَاتِ هَبْ لِي شَوْقاً إِلَى لِقَائِكَ

وَ خَوْفاً مِنْ عَذَابِكَ وَ حُبّاً لَكَ

وَ إِجْلَالًا لِذِكْرِكَ وَ تَوْفِيقاً لِوَجْهِكَ

إِلَهِي مَا كَانَ مِنْ أَمْرٍ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ إِلَى طَاعَتِكَ وَ أَبْعَدُ مِنْ مَعْصِيَتِكَ

وَ أَرْضَى لِنَفْسِكَ وَ أَقْضَى لِحَقِّكَ

وَ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِكَ وَ أَبْلَغُ لِمَحَبَّتِكَ

وَ أَقْرَبُ لِلْخُلُودِ فِي جَنَّتِكَ وَ خَيْرٌ فِي الْمَعَادِ إِلَيْكَ

وَ آمَنُ لِي مِنْ فَزَعِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ

فَافْتَحْهُ لِي بِيُسْرٍ مِنْكَ وَ أَعِنِّي عَلَيْهِ

وَ ادْلُلْنِي إِلَيْهِ وَ وَفِّقْنِي لَهُ وَ

خُذْ بِنَاصِيَتِي وَ يَدِي وَ قَلْبِي إِلَيْهِ

اللَّهُمَّ وَ هَذَا يَوْمُ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَهْرِكَ الْمُشَرَّفِ الْمُعَظَّمِ الْمُكَرَّمِ

✦

Translation

O Allah, O Giver of all good things, grant me a longing to meet You,

fear of Your punishment, love for You,

reverence for Your remembrance, and success in seeking Your face.

My God, whatever is closer to Your obedience, farther from Your disobedience,

more pleasing to You, more fulfilling of Your rights,

more faithful to Your covenant, closer to Your love,

closer to eternity in Your Paradise, better in return to You,

and safer for me from the terror of the Day of Resurrection,

make it easy for me by Your grace, help me upon it,

guide me to it, grant me success for it,

and take my forelock, hand, and heart to it.

O Allah, this is the middle day of Your honored, great, esteemed month,

فَخُصَّ نَبِيَّنَا مُحَمَّداً صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ…

فَخُصَّ نَبِيَّنَا مُحَمَّداً صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ

بِكَرَامَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ وَ أَعْتِقْنِي فِيهِ مِنَ النَّارِ

وَ أَعْطِ نَفْسِي تَقْوَاهَا فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مَا يُرْضِيكَ عَنِّي

وَ أَعْطِ مُحَمَّداً وَ آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ

وَ شِيعَتَهُمْ وَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَ الْمُسْلِمَاتِ

خَيْرَ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَ ارْحَمْنِي وَ تُبْ عَلَيَّ

وَ اقْبَلْهُ مِنِّي وَ اعْصِمْنِي وَ فُكَّنِي فِيهِ مِنْ عَظِيمِ الْأَوْزَارِ وَ سَيِّئَاتِ الْأَعْمَالِ

وَ وَسِّعْ عَلَيَّ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ وَ جَمِّلْنِي وَ زَيِّنِّي وَ حَسِّنِّي

وَ أَصْلِحْ كُلَّ فَاسِدٍ مِنِّي وَ صَلِّ عَلَى مَلَائِكَتِكَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ وَ أَنْبِيَائِكَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ

وَ اغْفِرْ لِي وَ لِوَالِدَيَّ وَ وُلْدِي وَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ

وَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَ الْمُسْلِمَاتِ الْأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَ الْأَمْوَاتِ

✦

Translation

so specially honor our Prophet Muhammad, may Allah's blessings be upon him and his family,

with the honors of this world and the hereafter, and free me from the Fire.

Grant my soul its piety every day that pleases You,

and grant Muhammad and his family, May Allah bless him and his family

his followers, and all Muslim men and women,

the best of this world and the hereafter.

O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, turn to me,

accept it from me, protect me, and release me from great burdens and bad deeds on this day.

Expand upon me from Your grace, beautify me, adorn me, improve me,

correct everything corrupt in me, and send blessings upon Your close angels and Your sent prophets.

Forgive me, my parents, my children, and all the righteous servants,

Muslims, male and female, alive and deceased among Your creation.

وَ اخْتِمْ لَنَا فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ…

وَ اخْتِمْ لَنَا فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ بِمَا خَتَمْتَ بِهِ لِأَهْلِ طَاعَتِكَ

وَ أَنْبِيَائِكَ وَ رُسُلِكَ وَ خِيَارِ خَلْقِكَ

وَ نَجِّنَا مِنَ النَّارِ بِعَفْوِكَ [وَ رَأْفَتِكَ‌]

وَ رَحْمَتِكَ الَّتِي‌ وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْ‌ءٍ

وَ ارْزُقْنِي حَوَائِجَ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ

وَ الْأَمْنَ وَ الْعَافِيَةَ وَ الْغِنَى وَ الْمَغْفِرَةَ

وَ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِي وَ اجْعَلْنِي كَمَا تُحِبُّ وَ تَرْضَى

وَ خَلِّصْنِي مِنْ مَظَالِمِ الدُّنْيَا وَ أَهْلِهَا

إِنَّكَ عَلى‌ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ قَدِيرٌ

وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ‌ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ.

Translation

Conclude for us this day with what You conclude for the people of Your obedience,

Your prophets, Your messengers, and the best of Your creation.

Save us from the Fire with Your pardon, Your kindness,

and Your mercy that encompasses everything.

Provide me the needs of this world and the hereafter,

security, well-being, wealth, and forgiveness.

Rectify my religion, make me as You love and are pleased,

free me from the wrongs of this world and its people.

Indeed, You are capable of all things,

and may Allah send blessings upon our master Muhammad and his pure family.

يَكُونُ لِي غِنًى عَنْ خَلْقِكَ وَ يَكُونُ لَكَ الْمَنُّ عَلَيَّ فِيهِ خَالِصاً

وَ اجْعَلْنِي فِيهِ لَكَ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ

اللَّهُمَّ أَغْنِنِي بِسَعَةِ فَضْلِكَ عَنْ جَمِيعِ خَلْقِكَ

بِغِنَاكَ وَ سَعَةِ رَحْمَتِكَ

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ السَّعَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ وَ الزُّهْدَ

وَ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْحِرْصِ فِيهَا وَ الْإِقْبَالِ عَلَيْهَا

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْغِنَى فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الرَّغْبَةِ فِيهَا

Transliteration

Ya dha al-manni wa al-ihsani wa la yumannu ‘alayk

Ya dha al-jalali wa al-ikrami ya dha at-tawli la ilaha illa ant

Ya dhahr al-lajin wa ma’man al-kha’ifin

As’aluka an tusalliya ‘ala Muhammad wa Ali Muhammad

Wa an tarzuqani rizqan halalan tayyiban wasi‘a

Yakunu li ghina ‘an khalqik wa yakunu laka al-mannu ‘alayya fihi khalisan

Wa aj‘alni fihi laka mina ash-shakirin

Allahumma aghnini bisa‘ati fadlika ‘an jami‘i khalqik

Bighinaka wa sa‘ati rahmatik

Allahumma inni as’aluka as-sa‘ata fi ad-dunya wa al-akhirati wa az-zuhda

Wa a‘udhu bika mina al-hirsi fiha wa al-iqbali ‘alayha

Allahumma inni as’aluka al-ghina fi ad-dunya wa a‘udhu bika mina ar-raghbati fiha

Translation

O Possessor of favor and kindness, upon whom no favor is bestowed

O Possessor of majesty and honor, O Source of abundance, there is no god but You

O Support of those who seek refuge and Sanctuary of the fearful

I ask You to send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

And to grant me lawful, pure, and abundant sustenance

That makes me independent of Your creation, and Your favor upon me pure

And make me among those who are grateful to You

O Allah, enrich me with the vastness of Your bounty, apart from all creation

Through Your wealth and the expanse of Your mercy

O Allah, I ask You for abundance in this world and the Hereafter, and for detachment

And I seek refuge in You from greed and excessive attachment to it

O Allah, I ask You for sufficiency in this world and seek refuge from craving it

اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ بَسَطْتَ عَلَيَّ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَزَهِّدْنِي فِيهَا

وَ إِنْ قَتَّرْتَ عَلَيَّ رِزْقِي فَلَا تُرَغِّبْنِي فِيهَا

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي وَ وَسِّعْ عَلَيَّ وَ وَسِّعْ لِي فِي رِزْقِي

وَ بَارِكْ فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنِي وَ ارْزُقْنِي مَا أَتَقَوَّى بِهِ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ عَلَى طَاعَتِكَ

إِنَّهُ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِكَ

اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي مِنْ فَضْلِكَ رِزْقاً حَلَالًا طَيِّباً لَا أَفْتَقِرُ مَعَهُ إِلَى أَحَدٍ سِوَاكَ

اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي مِنْ فَضْلِكَ وَ بَارِكْ لِي فِي رِزْقِكَ وَ أَغْنِنِي عَنْ خَلْقِكَ

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ السَّعَةَ مِنْ طَيِّبِ رِزْقِكَ وَ الْعَوْنَ عَلَى طَاعَتِكَ وَ الْقُوَّةَ فِي عِبَادَتِكَ

اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي بِأَحْسَنِ عَافِيَتِكَ وَ ارْزُقْنِي مِنْ فَضْلِكَ وَ اكْفِنِي شَرَّ جَمِيعِ خَلْقِكَ

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي وَ طَيِّبْ لِي كَسْبِي وَ قَنِّعْنِي بِمَا رَزَقْتَنِي

وَ لَا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ أَبَداً

Transliteration

Allahumma inni as’aluka mina ad-dunya wa ma fiha rizqan halalan tayyiban wasi‘a

Allahumma in basatta ‘alayya fi ad-dunya fazahhidni fiha

Wa in qattarta ‘alayya rizqi fala turaghibni fiha

Allahumma aghfir li dhanbi wa wassi‘ ‘alayya wa wassi‘ li fi rizqi

Wa barik fima razaqtani wa urzuqni ma ataqawwa bihi min fadlika ‘ala ta‘atik

Innahu la hawla wa la quwwata illa bik

Allahumma urzuqni min fadlika rizqan halalan tayyiban la aftaqiru ma‘ahu ila ahadin siwak

Allahumma urzuqni min fadlika wa barik li fi rizqik wa aghnini ‘an khalqik

Allahumma inni as’aluka as-sa‘ata min tayyibi rizqik wa al-‘awna ‘ala ta‘atik wa al-quwwata fi ‘ibadatik

Allahumma ‘afini bi ahsani ‘afiyatika wa urzuqni min fadlika wa ikfini sharra jami‘i khalqik

Allahumma aghfir li dhanbi wa tayyib li kasbi wa qanni‘ni bima razaqtani

Wa la takilni ila nafsi tarfata ‘aynin abada

Translation

O Allah, I ask You from this world and its blessings, lawful, pure, and vast sustenance

O Allah, if You grant me abundance in this world, make me detached from it

And if You restrict my provision, do not make me desire it

O Allah, forgive my sins, grant me ease, and expand my provision

And bless what You have provided for me, and grant me from Your bounty what strengthens me in obeying You

Truly, there is no power and no strength except through You

O Allah, provide me from Your bounty lawful, pure sustenance, so I am not dependent on anyone but You

O Allah, provide me from Your bounty, bless my provision, and make me independent of Your creation

O Allah, I ask You for abundance from Your pure provision, support in obeying You, and strength in worship

O Allah, grant me the best of Your well-being, provide for me from Your bounty, and protect me from the harm of all creation

O Allah, forgive my sins, purify my earnings, and satisfy me with what You have given me

And do not leave me to myself for even the blink of an eye, ever

اللَّهُمَّ مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ قَلِّبْ قَلْبِي عَلَى طَاعَتِكَ

اللَّهُمَّ اعْصِمْنِي بِحَبْلِكَ وَ ارْزُقْنِي مِنْ فَضْلِكَ وَ نَجِّنِي مِنْ عَذَابِكَ وَ أَيِّدْنِي بِنَصْرِكَ

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ تَعْجِيلَ مَا تَعْجِيلُهُ كَانَ خَيْراً لِي وَ تَأْخِيرَ مَا تَأْخِيرُهُ كَانَ خَيْراً لِي

اللَّهُمَّ مَا رَزَقْتَنِي مِنْ رِزْقِكَ فَاجْعَلْهُ حَلَالًا طَيِّباً فِي يُسْرٍ مِنْكَ وَ عَافِيَةٍ

وَ اجْعَلْ رَغْبَتِي فِيمَا عِنْدَكَ

اللَّهُمَّ ثَبِّتْ رَجَاءَكَ فِي قَلْبِي وَ اقْلَعْ رَجَائِي مِنْ جَمِيعِ خَلْقِكَ حَتَّى لَا أَرْجُوَ أَحَداً غَيْرَكَ يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ

أَسْأَلُكَ يَا سَيِّدِي فَلَيْسَ مِثْلَكَ شَيْ‌ءٌ

بِكُلِّ دَعْوَةٍ دَعَاكَ بِهَا نَبِيٌّ مُرْسَلٌ وَ مَلَكٌ مُقَرَّبٌ وَ مُؤْمِنٌ امْتَحَنْتَ قَلْبَهُ بِالْإِيمَانِ

وَ اسْتَجَبْتُ دَعْوَتَهُ وَ أَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّكَ نَبِيِّ الرَّحْمَةِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ

وَ أُقَدِّمُهُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَوَائِجِي يَا رَبَّاهْ يَا رَبَّاهْ يَا رَبَّاهْ يَا اللَّهُ

أَسْأَلُكَ بِكَ فَلَيْسَ كَمِثْلِكَ شَيْ‌ءٌ

وَ أَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّكَ نَبِيِّ الرَّحْمَةِ وَ بِعِتْرَتِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ الطَّيِّبِينَ

Transliteration

Allahumma Muqalliba al-qulub, qallib qalbi ‘ala ta‘atika

Allahumma i‘simni bihablik, warzuqni min fadlik, wa najjini min ‘adhabik, wa ayyidni bi-nasrik

Allahumma inni as’aluka ta‘jila ma ta‘jiluhu kana khayran li, wa ta’khira ma ta’khiruhu kana khayran li

Allahumma ma razaqtani min rizqik faj‘alhu halalan tayyiban fi yusrin minka wa ‘afiyah

Wa aj‘al raghbati fima ‘indak

Allahumma thabbit raja’aka fi qalbi wa aqla‘ raja’i min jami‘i khalqika hatta la arju ahadan ghayrak, ya Rabb al-‘alamin

As’aluka ya Sayyidi fa laysa mithlaka shay’

Bi kulli da‘wah da‘aka biha nabiyyun mursal, wa malakun muqarrab, wa mu’minun imtahanta qalbahu bil-iman

Wa istajabta da‘watahu wa atawajahu ilayka bi-Muhammadin nabiyyika nabiyy ar-rahmah, salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa alihi wa sallam

Wa uqaddimuhu bayna yaday hawaa’iji, ya Rabbah, ya Rabbah, ya Rabbah, ya Allah

As’aluka bika fa laysa kamithlika shay’

Wa atawajahu ilayka bi-Muhammadin nabiyyika nabiyy ar-rahmah wa bi-‘itratihi at-tahirina at-tayyibin

Translation

O Allah, Turner of hearts, turn my heart toward Your obedience.

O Allah, protect me with Your rope, provide for me from Your bounty, save me from Your punishment, and support me with Your victory.

O Allah, I ask You to hasten what is best for me in being hastened and to delay what is best for me in being delayed.

O Allah, whatever provision You grant me, make it lawful, pure, easy, and full of well-being from You.

And make my desire in that which is with You.

O Allah, establish my hope in You in my heart, and remove my hope from all of Your creation so that I do not hope in anyone but You, O Lord of the worlds.

I ask You, O my Master, for there is nothing like You.

By every supplication called upon You by a sent prophet, a near angel, or a believer whose heart You tested with faith.

And You answered his supplication, and I turn to You through Muhammad, Your Prophet, the Prophet of Mercy—may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him and his family.

And I place him before my needs—O my Lord, O my Lord, O my Lord, O Allah!

I ask You by Your essence, for there is nothing like You.

And I turn to You through Muhammad, Your Prophet, the Prophet of Mercy, and through his pure and righteous family.

وَ أُقَدِّمُهُمْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَوَائِجِي أَنْ…

وَ أُقَدِّمُهُمْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَوَائِجِي أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

قَبْلَ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ وَ بَعْدَ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ وَ أَنْ تُعْتِقَنِي الْيَوْمَ وَ وَالِدَيَّ وَ مَنْ وَلَدَتْهُمَا وَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ مِنَ النَّارِ

وَ تُزَوِّجَنِي مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

وَ لَا تَسْلُبَنِي صَالِحَ مَا مَنَنْتَ بِهِ عَلَيَّ مِنْ حُبِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ الطَّيِّبِينَ الْأَخْيَارِ

آمِينَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ

Transliteration

Wa uqaddimuhum bayna yaday hawaa’iji an tusalliya ‘ala Muhammad wa Ali Muhammad

Qabla kulli shay’ wa ba‘da kulli shay’ wa an tu‘tiqani al-yawm wa walidayya wa man waladathuma wa al-mu’minina wa al-mu’minat min an-nar

Wa tuzawwajani mina al-hur al-‘in bi-rahmatika ya arham ar-rahimin

Wa la taslubani saliha ma mananta bihi ‘alayya min hubbi Muhammadin wa Ali Muhammad at-tayyibin al-akhyar

Ameen, Rabb al-‘alamin, wa salla Allahu ‘ala Muhammadin an-nabiyy wa alihi wa sallam

Translation

And I place them before my needs—that You send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

Before everything and after everything—that You free me today, my parents, those they bore, and the believing men and women from the Fire.

And that You grant me marriage to the wide-eyed maidens of Paradise by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

And do not take away from me the precious gift of love for Muhammad and his pure, righteous family.

Ameen, Lord of the worlds. May Allah send blessings and peace upon Muhammad, the Prophet, and his family.

سُبْحَانَ مُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ وَ الْأَبْصَارِ سُبْحَانَ…

سُبْحَانَ مُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ وَ الْأَبْصَارِ

سُبْحَانَ مُقَلِّبِ اللَّيْلِ وَ النَّهَارِ وَ خَالِقِ الْأَزْمِنَةِ وَ الْأَعْصَارِ

الْمُجْرِي عَلَى مَشِيَّتِهِ الْأَقْدَارَ الَّذِي لَا بَقَاءَ لِشَيْ‌ءٍ سِوَاهُ

وَ كُلُّ شَيْ‌ءٍ يَعْتَوِرُهُ الْفَنَاءُ غَيْرَهُ ‌

فَهُوَ الْحَيُّ الْبَاقِي الدَّائِمُ‌ تَبارَكَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعالَمِينَ

اللَّهُمَّ قَدِ انْتَصَفَ شَهْرُ الصِّيَامِ بِمَا مَضَى مِنْ أَيَّامِهِ

وَ انْجَذَبَ إِلَى تَمَامِهِ وَ اخْتِتَامِهِ

وَ مَا لِي عُدَّةٌ أَعْتَدُّ بِهَا فَأَلْجَأُ إِلَيْهَا وَ لَا أَعْمَالٌ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ أُعَوِّلُ عَلَيْهَا

سِوَى إِيمَانِي بِكَ وَ رَجَائِي لَكَ

فَأَمَّا رَجَائِي فَيُكَدِّرُهُ عَلَيَّ صَفْوَةُ الْخَوْفِ مِنْكَ

وَ أَمَّا إِيمَانِي فَلَا يَضِيعُ عِنْدَكَ وَ هُوَ بِتَوْفِيقِكَ

اللَّهُمَّ فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ حِينَ لَمْ يَدِي عِنْدَ التَّمَاسُكِ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى

Translation

Glory be to God who changes what is in the heart and sights!

Glory be to You who changes the nights and days and creates the times and periods

He who endorses my destined decree! He other than whom nothing shall survive!

All things but Him shall be destroyed

He is the Living – the Everlasting! Blessed be God the Lord of the worlds!

O my God! With what has passed of it, the month of fasting has become one half

It is going to complete and end

However, I have no good deeds to offer to You

except for my faith in You and my hope of You

My hope is weakened by my sincere fear of You

However, my faith shall not be weakened near You with Your granting me success

O my God! All Praise belongs to You who did not push off my hand when I tried to grab onto the most trustworthy stronghold

وَ لَمْ تُشْقِنِي بِمُفَارَقَتِهَا فِيمَنِ اعْتَوَرَهُ…

وَ لَمْ تُشْقِنِي بِمُفَارَقَتِهَا فِيمَنِ اعْتَوَرَهُ الشَّقَاءُ

اللَّهُمَّ فَأَنْصِفْنِي مِنْ شَهَوَاتِي فَإِلَيْكَ مِنْهَا الشَّكْوَى

وَ مِنْكَ عَلَيْهَا أُؤَمِّلُ الْعَدْوَى فَإِنَّكَ تَشَاءُ وَ تَقْدِرُ وَ أَشَاءُ وَ لَسْتُ [وَ لَا] أَقْدِرُ

وَ لَسْتُ إِلَهِي وَ سَيِّدِي مَحْجُوجاً

وَ لَكِنْ مَسْئُولًا تُرْجَى وَ مَخُوفاً يُتَّقَى تُحْصِي وَ نَنْسَى

وَ بِيَدِكَ حُلْوُ وَ مُرُّ الْقَضَاءِ

اللَّهُمَّ فَأَذِقْنِي حَلَاوَةَ عَفْوِكَ وَ لَا تُجَرِّعْنِي غُصَصَ سَخَطِكَ

وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ

يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Translation

and did not make me wretched like those who lost it

O my God! Please deal with me fairly regarding my carnal desires since I complain to You regarding them

and have hopes in You regarding them since You Will and Destine but I will and I cannot destine

O my God! O my Master! You do not get overcome by anyone

and I beg of You with hopes, You are feared. You count our deeds but we forget

The sweetness and bitterness of destiny is in Your Hands

O my God! Please let me taste the sweetness of Your Pardon. Please do not let me feel the grief of Your Wrath

Please bestow Your Blessings on the Prophet Muhammad and his Progeny

O the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful
