Details
Every member receives a unique ID in the format JIS-YYYY-NNNN. This ID is used for event registration, invoicing, and community records.
The rights of each class of member, including any voting rights, are those set out in the Society's Constitution.
All approved members are listed in the official Members Register, maintained by the Secretary and reviewed at each Annual General Meeting.
The Society's constitution limits the Governing membership tier to 300. Once the cap is reached, new applications are waitlisted until a vacancy opens.
